Website Design Process
How do we get started?
To get started, simply place an order for a new website design, by clicking here. Be sure to choose the package that's best for you. Not sure which package to choose? Contact me today and I'll guide you to the perfect package for your needs.
Once you purchase your website design here, you'll receive an email within 24-48 hours with a link to a design questionnaire. On this questionnaire, you'll answer some quick and simple questions about your website design needs, and you'll even be able to upload files like your logo or any images you'd like used on your new website design. You can preview the questionnaire by clicking here.
We'll schedule a call to go over the answers to your questionnaire, and then your new website design process will begin!
How long does the design process take?
The website design process usually takes between 7-14 business days. If for some reason your website requires more time to complete, I'll keep you up-to-date on the progress, via email notifications.
What happens once I complete the design questionnaire?
After you complete the Website Designs Questionnaire, I'll review your answers, and if needed, I'll follow up via email to confirm a date and time to review your answers via phone call. (this isn't always necessary)
If everything looks good on your questionnaire answers, we may not need to schedule the review call.
I'll begin designing a sample website design for you to review, based on the answers to your design questionnaire. The sample design will be ready for review within 7-14 business days of placing your initial order (unless otherwise discussed).
How will I know once my website design is ready?
I'll be sure to keep you posted throughout the design process, via email. You'll receive an email notification as soon as your website design is ready for review. The email will contain a link for you to preview your new website design!
Payment Information
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
I accept payment from all major credit/debit cards. Unfortunately, I do not accept cash or checks for services.
Why is payment taken in advance?
your payment for your website design is paid in-full upfront because i do not accept partial payments for design services rendered. Your upfront payment creates a work-ticket on my end to get your project process started accordingly.
Can I return a website design?
All website design purchases are final, unless a refund is requested via email within 24 hours of purchase. Please send an email to contact@emitchelldesigns.com with your refund request.
Orders and Returns
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you place an order for a new website design, you'll receive a confirmation/thank you email explaining the process moving forward. You can always email me with questions about progress: contact@emitchelldsigns.com
DO I HAVE TO BE A. BUSINESS OWNER TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, you do not have tobe a business owner to place a website design order. Your website can be for fun, for your personal brand, for your mother or brother or sister or friend...your website design order can be for just about anything.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
To cancel or change your order, please email contact@emitchelldesigns.com ASAP with information about your order and why you need to cancel/change it. I'll follow up with more information about how I can help!
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY WEBSITE DESIGN IS COMPLETE?
I'll send you an email as soon as your new website design is ready for your review! I know it's super exciting to get a new website for your business or brand (or even just for fun), so your patience is greatly appreciated while I design the perfect website for you!
